Walking around Bad Goisern 2008

Map for Walking around Bad Goisern
Based in the small town of Bad Goisern, this holiday also allows you to explore the neighbouring communities of Hallstatt, Obertraun and Gosau. The area was created by the Dachstein glacier as it carved its way through the mountains, creating deep valleys, glassy lakes and wild rivers. Marvelous footpaths along river banks and by the peaceful shores of the lakes allow you to explore the area fully.

However, we strongly recommend that you spend one day of your holiday visiting Bad Ischl.

Your stay will be in a family run 3* hotel in the centre of the town, normally either the Hotel Goiserer Hof or the Hotel Moserwirt.
